I placed an order for a birthday hat for my daughter's first birthday.  I paid for this item through paypal.  It took longer than what the website stated so I emailed a few times with no response and called and spoke to the owner Meghan Marak who told me she would get back with me which she never did.  I have never recieved the merchandise or a full refund.
