I received a letter stating that I had won $39,000.00 from Consumer's Reward Program. I was sent a check $3,900.00 which was suposed to pay for the taxes. The letter stated that I should not make this public for security reasons. This company should be stop.

How were you ripped off ??? You have provided absolutely NO INFORMATION about a riip off. What did you do ?? Did you cash the check ?? What were the results ??? Did you call anyone ??? You have left out every bit of essential information. Please file a more complete report.
