HAVE YOU CALLED THE STATE BAR ASSOCIATION AND SEEN WHETHER OR NOT SHE IS LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN THE STATE WHERE SHE CLAIMS TO BE LICENSED?
IF NOT, YOU NEED TO REPORT HER BECAUSE I THINK IT IS ILLEGAL FOR PEOPLE TO PRETEND TO PRACTICE LAW AND NOT HAVE A LICENSE TO DO SO IN EVERY STATE IN THE USA.

THE BAD CHECK IS EASY.

TAKE THE EVIDENCE OF THE BAD CHECK ( GET A PHOTOCOPY) AND TAKE IT DOWN TO YOUR DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AND FILE FOR THEFT OF SERVICES...

I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU DID THAT SHE WOULD WRITE YOU A HOT CHECK FOR BUT YOU NEED TO FILE ON HER AND MAYBE YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY WHICH IS WHY I CAN ONLY SUGGEST OPTIONS FOR YOU TO DISCUSS WITH A LICENSED ATTORNEY.

I DON'T KNOW TOO MANY ATTORNEYS WHO ARE HAPPY TO HEAR THAT SOMEONE IS PRETENDING TO BE AN ATTORNEY AND THEY ARE NOT. MAYBE THAT IS SOMETHING THAT YOU NEED TO DISCUSS WITH YOUR DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE AT THE SAME TIME YOU DISCUSS THE HOT CHECK PROBLEM.

If your allegations are true, this person is now in trouble if you have done these things. These are just basic things that anyone should do in a similiar situation.

I googled Claire Mayberry and was not surprised in the least to see her on the rip off report.  However, I was surprised that only one person has reported her.  I am a family member and know first hand the deceit , malicious behavior,and lies that she is capable of.  I don't understand why no one has pressed charges.  She has lied to a few people that I know of, falsely claiming to be a lawyer or a nurse. Kellileigh from Douglassville hit the nail on the head when she stated that Claire is a pathological liar.  If anyone out there is a victum of Claire Mayberry please seek legal action!  If she has done any legal work for you, such as wills, they are not valid.  She is not a lawyer, paralegal, or a lawyers assistant.  She has no legal education.  I am sorry to anyone she has lied to and do not understand where her evil, deceptive behavior comes from.  The rest of her family is not like this.
