Hardin Service Group Consumer & Employee's Beware!! Mesa Arizona

I would like everyone to be aware of the company Hardin Service Group.  They are a company that I feel has little or no integrity to their employees or customers. I have two situations to make you aware of. I have two family members that have either not received their final paycheck after termination or have received it but no funds available in business account to cash (NSF). 

The first situation is where they issued a payroll check on payday, which did not clear the bank.  The Company informed him that it was an issue of duplicate checks.  He had also found out by accident that there were a couple of other employees that also had the same issue with their payroll check.  After confronting the contact person for his issue, which was several days after check was issued.  He was told that they would take care of it.  Mean while it was a week later and he had several payments for bills that bounced on his account.  When he asked to be reimbursed for the NSF fees, he was told that he should not have paid them until he knew that check cleared.  I have never heard of waiting for a payroll check to clear a bank.  If you receive a payroll check you would think that they would have funds available to cash it in a business account.  He finally received a funded check but no assistance with the NSF fees.  So the ending of this story is that he was terminated after complaining of the issue for Conduct Unprofessional.  In the meantime he has not received his final paycheck (which should have been to him within 72 hours per state laws).  It is almost two weeks later and he still has not received it.

The second issue is where he was terminated and has received his final paycheck, but it did not clear the bank. 

So just a word of caution, BEWARE that this company has few morals if any.
