I'll try and make this short. Scott Allen Northey went to prison in 2003 for uttering and publishing bad checks. He was released in 2006 and assumed the name Vincent A. Nardoni. He met a woman named Sheree and had a baby with her. He started  the following companies under other peoples names, Chenoweth builders, A&E Leasing, CEVA Inc., CB Deer Run, CB Siesta Key, CB Trillium, CB Wedgewood, Nardoni Sign Promotions, and Chenoweth Management. All of these companies are no longer in business as of 2008.

He currently has two companies that I know of in his fake name, Vincent Nardoni, called Nardoni Enterprise's (his spelling), and Nardoni Construction. A third company called Nardoni Environmental and Demolition is in Sherees' name. These three companies are still active in the michigan department of labor and growth.

There were multiple court cases in Oakland and Macomb Counties against Mr. Northey and his list of companies that were all settled when he filed for bankruptcy in 2008. A new case of non payment to a contractor is in the system in Oakland county MI.

His claim to fame is not paying contractors, writing bad checks, withdrawing money from building accounts, and conning people out of their money any way he can.

He is planning on moving to Florida soon, so lets give him a great big sendoff and wish him the best of luck down there.
