Beware of Thandiwae Ojeer !!!
Thandiwae Ojeer was FINALLY evicted from my flat in London, England on June 15, 2010 at 9:30AM by the Bailiff, a Representative from the Housing Department and officers from the Metropolitan Police Service for failure to pay rent.
Ojeer was evicted after living in the unit for three (3) months without paying a single cent in rent! The monthly rent was 1,500 GBP. The 1 bedroom flat was semi-furnished by Ojeer when she moved in. She kept making arrangements for deliveries of furniture that never arrived. FIRST SIGN.
Thandiwae Ojeer gave a series of bad checks that the bank could 'not locate the accounts'. Thandiwae also provided a number of checks with insufficient funds that could not be collected. Ojeer also offered money transfers that never took place and faked Certified mailings that never arrived. Ojeer provided excuse after excuse and 'will pay you tomorrow' and 'i'm waiting on a check from a- friend' stories to justify all the 'trouble' with her bad checks and her 'bad' situation while attempting to live the big life.
In addition, the initial credit report ran with the number provided by Thandiwae Ojeer came back with a national security alert with a national insurance number belonging to a deceased person (not Ojeer). When confronted she said that it must have been a misunderstanding and illegible. I had already went ahead and approved the application. She was stressing the need to move and as i wasn't well- i wanted to have my flat rented. Finally, when the CORRECT
credit report for Thandiwae Ojeer came back, it had a national insurance alert of its own. She was in ENORMOUS debt, had been EVICTED from her last two flats and has a AWFUL Credit History.
Ojeer presented herself as a famous 'entertainment host' and presents herself as a very naive and sweet individual always very apologetic, but EXTREMELY malicious, conniving and a pathological liar in my experience. She's a prime Opportunist. She knew i wasn't well and she preyed on my kindness.
The eviction came after the court made an outright possession order based on the evidence and circumstances. The order was entered by Judge Edward B. Sheffer on June 4, 2010 in London for non payment of rent. Court Case # 08-18653 cc (04). The judge gave Ojeer the final opportunity to pay all the past due rent and she failed to pay the rent to the judge (three months total rent of 4,500 GBP). She was then served by the Bailiff and given 24 hour to leave the premises and when she failed to vacate the flat, she was evicted by the Bailiff, a Representative from the Housing Department and officers from the Metropolitan Police Service a few days later.
Shame that such a 'highly paid entertainment host' can't afford to pay a single cent in rent for the premises she occupied for three months until she was evicted by the police and Bailiff.
BEWARE of her
stories, her checks and a supposed 'host' identity. Ensure you have a valid ID and national insurance number from her (police can confirm this). Make sure she can provide you with a valid ID (SHE'S 35 YEARS OLD, but usually states otherwise) before doing any business with her and most important...Do NOT take checks from her. Ms. Ojeer is willing to do Anything and EVERYTHING to get by. From my experience she has NO LIMITS and is NOT to be TRUSTED. Do not fall for her lies, scams, and her stories..she will RIP YOU OFF!!!!
- It's my understanding that she is now living in Paris, FRANCE. In my attempts to retrieve the monies owed, she was unable to obtain any sort of 'Credit' here in London. PARIS BEWARE OF THANDIWAE OJEER !!!!
