In Feb. 2008, Action agree to write my sons Immigration Bonds for $10,000. They latter said my property didin't qualify after I had signed their documents and paid $1,600.

It took them a week to advise me that they needed more collateral. Then it took another two weeks for them to send my money back.

Their website said that they don't charge a renewal premium, but the contract trhat I signed clearly stated that there is a $195 annual maintence fee.

These people took forever to return my phone calls after they collected my money. They were very rude and I would never deal with them again!
