THIS SITUATION IS PURE JEALOUSY, THE INDUSTRY IS A CUT THROAT INDUSTRY AND TIM IS A GOOD AGENT I WILL GIVE HIM THAT, BUT I AM STILL GETTING WORK FROM CLIENTS ACROSS THE USA BECAUSE NO MATTER WHAT I DO I AM STILL ABLE TO PRODUCE WHICH SOME OTHER AGENTS ARE NOT.

I received this E-mail as a forward from an individual that would like to remain anonymous, but I feel that the E-mail states just what we and others have been saying all along. The person that this E-mail came from has not filed a Ripoff report, but has a lot to say on his experience with Kelly Cresswell. Not to mention the continued threats that are being made to others as too Mr. Cresswell knowing everything me and my family do day and night. All I've got to say about that is if you think that your scare tactics scares me they don't. I welcome a visit to my home from you Mr. Cresswell. You'll be greeted with a HUGE surprise waiting for you when the door is opened. Anyway, below is a copy of the E-mail sent to a contact of mine. You will see that once again there is one more person that has been done wrong by Kelly Cresswell.

I am going to tell you all that I know of Kelly Paul Cresswell AKA Decaf the bounty hunter.

I met kelly through my barber Chaz, he owns a hair salon called Hair Media in Westland, MI, on Hix Rd. I had visited Chaz for a haircut in early October, I had told Chaz that I am interested in a career in law enforcement. Chaz Then showed me a newspaper article from the Canton Observer (Canton, MI) with a picture of kelly cresswell on the front holding a pair of handcuffs. The article was about Kelly and his sucess as a bounty hunter. Chaz then told me he would call Kelly and give him my phone number to see if I could work for Kelly as a Bounty hunter.

About two days later i recieved a call from Kelly conducting an over the phone interview. Kelly told me he was interested in hiring me and would like to conduct a one on one crash course on bounty hunting, he claims he is a licensed instructor for a bail enforcement class, and that the class would be $375.00 to cover the cost of the course,a badge, T-shirt, handcuffs, and a hat(still havent recieved hat). Being that I was new to the field of Bail Enforcement I borrowed the money from my girlfriend to pay him. I went to his house at about 8:00 a.m. about two or trhee days later.

Kelly came of as a professional, I naturally trusted him, usually you trust someone who carries a badge. throughout the day it was a crashcourse on the do's and dont's of bounty hunting. I felt I learned a lot through the course and was confident in the choice of my new-found profession. Kelly assured me that my gear would be at his P.O. Box in about 5 business days. it took about two weeks...

Kelly about a week later Kelly had called me and wanted to know if I could work on a criminal case with him in our local area in Michigan. The Case was for Kristine S-----. since Kelly doesn't have a valid DL we used my car. 95' Ford Mustang. We worked on the case for 8 Days and put about 550 miles on my car. My girlfriend was over at Kelly's place with me while we were working on the case about 2 or 3 times. Throughout the time that Kelly spent with my girlfriend he was verbally abusive to the point of my girlfriend almost crying. Lots of "Dumb Blonde" jokes and insults to her intelligence.

Her and I both blew it off because I have just worked a week with the guy, paid him $375 and I didn't want to lose out on our money. Kelly had Wade R--- Drive up from Indiana and told him that we were going to volunteer for "Angels Night" in Detroit. Kelly asked me to go out with him so we could stop crimes and rob the people who are commiting them. We ended up cathing our fugitive on devils night at a Denny's in Ypsilant, MI. Kelly had told the fugitives ex boyfriend that if he helped us catch our fugitive we would pay him a reward of $500, which Kelly never ended up pay him.

After we caught our fugitve Kelly's Wife Jennifer G--- and I were to hold the woman in custody at a Red Roof Inn overnight so that he and Wade could transport her down to Erath County Texas in the morning. Throughout the night Jen had spilled her guts to me talking to me about Kelly's temper and how much of an "A*&*&" he can be. she apolagized about the way Kelly had acted towards my girlfriend and told me that my girlfriend never deserved it.

At about 8:00 a.m. Kelly and Wade arrived at our hotel to transport the fugitive to Texas. after not sleeping all night Kelly made Jennifer and I go to Enterprise Car Rentals about 1/2 hour away to rent a car for their trip. We did, and when we returned with the car Kelly and Wade left for texas. Kellu never told me how much i was going to get paid, but seeing as how he introduces Jennifer as His secretary and his wife I asked her how much I was going to get paid. Jennifer told me that I was to recieve $500 for working the case, plus an oil change and a tune up for my car. Kelly told me to call Jen during the week and she would give me my money.

I called Jennifer about 10 times and she never answered any of my calls, nor did she ever return any of my several voicemails. after about two a week and a half I texted and called kelly and asked him when he was to return home with my money. Every time I talked to him he had another excuse for why I have not recieved payment. One time I talked to him he told me he was in KY at his mothers house and that he was to be home in 4 days.

Four days later I called Kelly and he said he was in New York City and to give him another few days til' he gets home with my money. A few days later I called kelly and asked him if he was on his way home, he told me he was in the hospital in NY and that he will call me when he gets home. He never called, I had to call him and he told me that the check from the bondman was not for the ammount agreed and he told me he would pay me when he could. two weeks later he paid me, only it was not $500 it was only $100, he said he would give me the rest when he could.

Needless to say he never gave me the rest of the money he owed me. Kelly and I kept in contact for about three weeks until he asked me if I wanted to go ont he road with him and Wade. I agreed because I figured he would make enough money for me to pay my girlfriend back the $375 she loaned me, she needed it to pay for college and I didn't want to let her down. We were on the road for about two weeks. We started here in Michigan and drove to his mothers house in KY and stayed there for 3 nights. we left his mothers house for a day and went to Arkansas, we cleared a bond in the ammount of $1300. We went back to his mothers house and left for OK in the morning. He had told us that we had cases in OK and that we were going to work them. He also had Mike Pa--- mail his cases to a house in Sand Springs, OK.

It turns out Kelly was cheating on his wife with this woman by the name of Katie E---. We stayed there for 3 nights and several times we were forced to babysit Keties kids for her while Kelly and her went in the bedroom and fooled around. The whole ordeal disgusted Wade, Riky, and myself. By the way, we never had any cases in OK like kelly said. Instead he made us open up phonebooks and call local bondsman in Tulsa to see if they had any cases they needed worked on. We left OK and headed back to KY, we stayed in KY overnight and left for D.C. in the morning.

The whole time after that Kelly was Verbally abusive and threatened to "Kick my ass" several times. We got to DC and we arrested a man in VA and took him to ICE. Later that night we arrested another man in DE and took him to ICE the next Morning. I drove Kelly to Ice with the fugitve we had apprehened in DE. Kelly had apolagized to me and told me that he just picks on me cause he loves me. Fine, I accepted his apology and we continued our day. I was broke on the road and was running VERY low on cash, true Kelly did pay for a few packs of cigarettes for me, and also a haircut, maybe a couple of cups of coffee. But he made it seem like I had borrowed thousands from him, even though he still owed me $400. anyways we got to NJ and met you *******, from you know the rest from then on......I would appreciate it if no one knows I sent you this email i am trusting you barb thank you.

This is great!  I am supposed to be worried and upset abotu this file coming form TIM HENNIG a self proclaimed WHITE SUPREMICIST who is constantly worried about going to jail for child support and losing eveything.  A guy who has propositioned women for sexual favors all over the USA while looking official working.  TIM was a bondsman with 24/7 Bail Bonds in Michigan and Budget Bail Bonds in Michigan. Let's just say this, I have alot on Mr. Hennig and it is a sad sad thing that I will have to utilize in the near future.

As for paying what is "owed" to an agent, that is fine.  But 70/30 is agreed then what is the problem when that is what you are paid.

Caveat:

THE FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH INCLUDES THE RIGHT TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS.

First of all, it is important to understand a fundamental point – the First Amendment right to free speech includes the right to remain anonymous. That’s not just our view (Ripoffreport), it is a principle the United States Supreme Court has recognized over and over again; “an author’s decision to remain anonymous, like other decisions concerning omissions or additions to the content of a publication, is an aspect of the freedom of speech protected by the First Amendment.” McIntyre v. Ohio Elections Comm’n, 514 U.S. 334, 341–42, 115 S.Ct. 1511, 1516, 131 L.Ed.2d 426, 436 (1995).

Why does this matter? Because people who ask us (Ripoffreport) to voluntarily disclose the real name of an author need to appreciate this is similar to walking into a doctor’s office and asking to see someone else’s medical records. This information is private and can’t just be handed over upon request. Rather, you have to follow a series of steps to be sure that the affected party is informed of the request so he/she can take steps to protect their privacy.

Some of what is written here is my personal opinion.  Other things written are documented and publicly available facts.


Rebuttal to all of your rebuttals:

Still ranting and raving like a crazy man in who lives in a cave.

Let it be known that there isn't anything that you are about to read that isn't true or could be proved in a court of law.  It isn't slander, libelous or deformation of character, it's the truth and most of this is public knowledge and available to the public, or upon dispute, would then be made public by any person so involved in any negative activity with Mr. Cresswell.

Mr. "DECAF" your public demeanor and private are two distinct personalities.  No one can reason with you because all you do is lie.  You are extremely passive-aggressive.

There are public records of the criminal acts you have committed against other human beings.  There are public records of PPO's that have been filed against you:  Yet you continue to project a persona of this innocent person just trying to 'make a living'.  Nothing could be further from the truth.

You published somewhere the reasoning of how could you work for the government if you were such a bad person?   Answer?  Because you were never an employee of the government and had INS/ICE known of your criminal background, you would never have been allowed to come near an alien much less arrest one.  You were a civilian contractor working for Fairmont in Texas.  That's it.  No recognition, no vetting from any government agency, just you, a crazed individual creating havoc any and everywhere you went and then would boast about it on your public web forums how you were "Internationally known".   Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!?   You are like the current president claiming you are something (A US Citizen) when there is absolutely no proof of you ever having been sanctioned or contracted by any clandestine or secret or government agency.  All of these activities took place in your own mind.  It's what you wanted people to think.  If you were all that and a bag of chips you wouldn't have engaged in activities that were illegal (Domestic Violence).  If you were all that you wouldn't have had to degrade or intimidate any person.  Instead, the "REAL" Kelly Cresswell is this other 'thing' that you can't bear to face or admit to (Creatures from the ID).

You have harassed, personally threatened, accosted more people than you can remember.  You are famous for "I will sue you - I will have my Attorney blah blah blah" and writing letters to people in the third person and then within the body of the message you refer to yourself as "I".  Did you think someone wouldn't catch that?  It is classic narcissism.  You want to tell everyone everything, but you can't help but lie when you think you're telling the truth.  Classic sociopath. 

You illegally entered a dwelling of a US citizen on the pretense you were a federal agent (Yes, this is in the complainants letter to fairmont) all the while intimidating the home owner with a show of weapons.  You were supposedly in there to arrest an illegal alien (Who was not there).  The owner of this residence filed a complaint with Fairmont and INS detailing the events of how you violated the rights of a US citizen.  Intimated and threatened the homeowners with a show of force.  It is unknown whether Fairmont ever admonished or terminated your relationship as a result of your actions, and where you were allowed to continue arresting persons on bonds written by Fairmont).  Where these documents are or who has possession of such a document you will never know and if you should attempt (And I am now acting like you would) to intimidate or threaten any individual as a result of this rebuttal - That document will be produced in a court of law as proof of any such actions taken by you should you personally challenge the authenticity of this event (Providing you have overcome the hurtles of obtaining any evidence contrary to this rebuttal according to Arizona law).  You will have zero defense against something that is a documented fact and will only once again show the world that you are not capable of telling the truth and probably be sued for wrongful prosecution.

As far as paying individuals for working fugitive cases, if you'd like, perhaps there needs to be a class-action law suit against you. You know, one where there are multiple plaintiffs (You can't quiet every voice out there) all with the same story of how you were going to pay them a certain amount and then turned around and paid them less than agreed, or, you didn't pay them at all.  No one in the whole wide world is going to believe they tethered themselves to you running all over the country just to be with you rather than doing what they agreed to do and you turn around and classify it as 'Training'.   Could you even produce one deposition attesting to a person who agreed to follow you around for free?  Maybe a class-action law suit could produce a deposition from your ex-wife concerning the numerous phone calls made to your residence from those desiring to collect their fair share for working with you and how they were continually 'put off'.

Never hurt anyone?   Should we talk about how you beat up your wife?  That information is available to the public. Now you profess to have some kind of medical condition and travel from Kentucky to Florida weekly to the Mayo clinic and are soliciting money to pay for this.  You have said that you are 'medically' retired.   I would have to say there is no such evidence of any medical condition but rather I would offer this notion:  That you have so burned your bridges by the very accusations you say are false, but are in fact true, that no one will work with you and because you have felony convictions, no one will hire you and you need money.  Then I suggest you get a real job like everyone else.

If you are soliciting persons or entities, even churches for money on a false claim of some medical condition, that's called 'Fraud'.   If you've sent emails across state lines soliciting for money under false pretenses, that's a felony (just add that to the other convictions you already have).

You are still an extremely angry disturbed individual and the greatest advice I could offer anyone is to NEVER do any business with you at all.

You need to apologize to each and every person you have offended, hurt, harassed, tormented, intimidated and admit what you have done.  If you can't do this then you will continue to promulgate your defense to a world that isn't listening to you because "THEY DON'T CARE".  They've heard enough and witnessed enough on their own.

As far as having 'goods' on someone, so you threatened in an earlier rebuttal:  Know this - There is more **it waiting for you to answer for in a court of law than you can shake a gavel act.   Want to drum up the past?  Do you even know what the statue of limitations are for certain criminal acts?  Criminal acts you can still be prosecuted for?????

Get out of the BH business.  Stop harassing people.  Go live your life apart from civilization because (In my opinion) you are not fit to be freely walking about this or any other country on the planet.

Leave people alone and you will be left alone.   Stop doing wrong and there shouldn't be any more Rip Off reports about you.  Continue to live your fantasy life and it will only bring on the same drama you are currently experiencing.  Drama that you brought on your self, not the other way around.

Think about how your children are going to view you when they are older and hear about all of these events about 'daddy'.   How daddy was a wife beater.  A bully.  A liar.  How will you protect them from the truth????

You need to come clean so at least they will know that 'daddy' did the right thing and have something to be proud of when they go to introduce you to their friends.

Wow, isn't it amazing I make a respectable formal email request for something and this pops up?  And little "subtle" hints in there proved who wrote this, number one a coward, why won't you identify yourself?  Obviously afraid of something.  As for me being a convicted FELON that is not true and I can provide proof to anyone who wishes, yes I do have (2) Misdemanor Charges, one for Driving While License Suspended, and second for Domestic Violence.  Now, as for my medical condition and committing a felony to falsely obtain money; that is absurd; FYI my current diagnosis is the following: Post Traumatic Concussion Syndrome, Post Traumatic Migraines, Post Traumatic Seizure Disorder with 2nd Generalization, Short Term Memory Loss, Nerve Damage on Left Side of Body, Closed Head Injury.  So in fact I am medically retired as I have a hard time getting around most days;  and yes I AM traveling monthly to the Mayo Clinic in Florida from my residence in Kentucky; I also am on a waiting list for a service dog for seizures.  So if anyone wants to challenge that fact please feel free to email me your fax number and I can provide proof, decafthebountyhunter@yahoo.com please put RIP OFF REPORT in your subject line.  Anything else anyone wants to know please feel free to ask. 

To clarify a few things, I never had an employee, never had any written agreements on who what or amount to pay anyone; so a class action lawsuit is welcomed, but I will countersue for the pain and suffering and stress I will be put under.

As for any complaint from ICE as INS does not exist anymore and any intelligent person would know that;  also I never stated I worked for ICE or any other federal or any law enforcement agency; my identification and clothing were clearly identifiable as a recovery agent, it is not my fault that the persons could not read english.  As for ANYONE entering a home of an American Citizen thats never happened in ICE Bond Recoveries; as for weapons regarding this so called incident where when and who were the complaining persons?  ANd its funny you state if ICE knew of my "criminal history" they would not allow me to apprehend aliens, they have no jurisdiction number one, number two the majority of ICE offices run your state ID each time you come in through NCIC if there was an issue it would have been handled then.

All I can say is this, I am alot more ill than people realize, I am not apologizing as I have not done anything wrong the few people who had thier feelings hurt, let them provide proof of what they have done for the last 5 years emplyment wise and that will settle the issue.  I don't care about your complaints or issues, I have better things to do then worry about this;  just know this last time all the ROR were filed, my business went up 30% so it backfired on you, now that I am retired and sold my business imagine that, it is bigger than ever.  So who really lost here?
