Julie Morin from Online Business Systems was my contact coach. After I said I did not want to participate, it got ugly!

Charged my CC $39.9 even after I sent information packet back.

Has anyone been able to make them refund unauthorized charges?

I almost got caught up in this "scam" of MLM. Never, ever pay for leads. If they're legit you shouldn't have to pay for them. Glenn Byus (if that's his real name), phoned me for a counseling/coaching session for Online Business Systems. I had luckily done my research on this "scam" and had informed Mr. Byus that I had returned all training materials to the address indicated on the package I'd received. Therefore, he was not to charge the $39.95 to my account, which he didn't. Flat out told him this type of marketing/company/product was not something I wanted to pursue. He didn't try to convince me further for that I'm grateful.
