Upon reading an advertisement for an item listed as an Oprah Winfrey recommendation I ordered such item listed as AciaPure for a free trial at shipping and handling charge of $4.95 . When a debit on my account showed an amount of $44.85 I immediately sent an email cancelling the order just two days after it was ordered . I was notified that the email was recieved and would be answered as recieved .
Made a phone call 11/19 and was informed that e.t. hold time was 74 min and 45 sec's . I put my phone on speaker and went about my house hold chores . Answer came app. 55 min's later . Person answering call explained the charge was for other items listed to the right of the order box which I was required to uncheck so I would not be charged and shipped these items and she also informed me that after waiting for over a week to recieve such merc.
that it was backordered and I would have to wait until I recieved it to return it to recieve credit of $44.85 minus s&h of $4.95 she also was very sorry about everything but infact it is practiced all the time with other companies of which I disagreed with her about . I am to recieve the order this weekend of which one day has all ready gone by no merc.
This type of practice should be criminal, if it is not already . Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated . I inturn would strongly urge everyone to read everything on a page even if it is an advertisement as this has taught me to not trust ordering on the internet again . I ordered the merchandise on 11/10/08 and my account was debited 11/12/08 .

I just want to let the women know how to get the charges off her credit card. This is the only way I saw to write to her. I use to work for a credit card company. Call the credit card you did the charge on and say you never recieved the item and didn't authrise the charge. They will dispute it for you and 95% of time they (credit card company) will refund you. When I had problems with ebay or other things that is all I had to do and they refuned me my money. They may send you a form to fill out on what happened then refund you. But, this is the best thing to do to get your money back. Good Luck!!!
