Armondo Montelongo Purchased the book and they kept charging me?? San Antonio Texas

I would like to start of by saying I was a huge fan of Armondo but after this I will never support anything he does. My wife purchased the Flip and Grow Rich book for me as a Christmas gift. The people working for Armondo kept calling prior to Christmas trying to get the confirmation my wife would sign up for the Free?? 30 day trial of the help line.

She repedily told them this was a Christmas gift and quit calling until after Christmas so they could talk with me her husband. They Kept calling? The book arrived around the 20th, I opened it the 25th and sure enough the 15th of January they charged our account $30.00. It is not the $30.00 I care about it is the fact they tricked her into saying OK to the 30 day trial.

In the begging of the conversation they talk about the book, right before they hang up (my wife was in a hurry to get off the phone because I was standing right there overhearing the conversation and she wanted it to be a surprise for me) they mention she will have a free 30 day trial. They tell her how great the help line is then theyend the conversation with this is all free for 30 days just call to cancell. This is great but you can't get through to anyone when you call then also, they never told her when the 30 days would start.

I didn't even open the book until Christmas. Also, the paperwork you recieve with the book says call to register not it will automatically be started when they ship the book. This is not the way to do business. He should not have to trick someone who is buying a gift to pay an extrs $30.00 for a book that is really very poorly written and is basically a infomercial to sell you there system. It does not tell you anything any normal person does not know. They need to clearly state you have 30 days from when?? They did not do that.
