My sister is a former employee of Aspen Dental and so I have accurate inside knowledge of their business practices. It is my opininion that it is only a matter of time before this company is found out for its dishonesty and more specifically "bait and switch" style of doing business. From advertising job positions online with one title and then switching the job title to a lesser important one once hired with the promise of more-- once training is complete, to advertising low pricing on such products as dentures for $199. and then telling patients that these are not dentures that can be made for them, to getting new patients through the door with the promise of free first exams, or $29.00 denture repairs which are non-existent because all they really want to do is get a potential denture patient in the door and then sell them $2000. new dentures--it's all there!
My sister left after experiencing day to day sickening business practices from upper management whose only real interest is whether they will achieve their budgetary goals and therefore earn their heavily weighted incentive paid salary!
