Axiology Aesthetics NuUMedSpa Bad Procedure and Took Remaining Money and Closed Business $16,000!!!!! Oak Brook, Illinois

I began using Axiology in March 2011.  I had purchased a package of SmartLipo.  Then I decided to add to it since it was reasonably priced (yeah, right!).  All in, I paid over $16,000 CASH that I had saved over five years.  I had one procedure and it left me lumpy and angry.  I was in the process of awaiting my next appointment (to discuss my issues and potentially have the next process) when I realized my pre-op meds hadn't been called in to my pharmacy.  And that is when all the lies and BS started. 

No one ever answered the phone and it seemed that the one number was used for locations all over including Arizona.     After trying for weeks, I decided to go to their Oak Brook Office.  There was a sign on the door that mentioned something about Summer hours.  And then they never reopened.  The Schaumburg office was a dead-end as well. 

I filed a case with the Better Business Bureau in September of 2011.  After repeated attempts, the BBB told me their communications were returned as undeliverable.  I was given the following information and thought I would share:  Has anyone filed an actual lawsuit and is there a way for me to join a class action suit?????
