We do not prescribe to the BBB to make people feel we are "safe" and not a scam. We also know the reputation in the BBB world is one of doubt too. News reports have shown many lawsuits against them for favorable reporting when they are paid these large fees by companies.....it is amazing that these company ratings are A+, even though they show hundreds of complaints. Add up the number of real complaints against my company since 1999. You will be able to count all of them on your two hands.

We have a confirmation response system in place that will notify us when something is received from any of these mediums and it will send a confirmation
back to the customer letting them know we have what they sent.
We have a DAILY teaching Newsletter that is sent to every customer....260 days during the year the customer is educated on the entire eBook series they purchased....along with tips to save money, Q&A series to answer hard questions they may have about finance, etc. Our contact information is listed on EVERY one of these as well.
The reason we have such a great reputation in 12 years in business is that we will not allow someone to walk away unhappy. I offer to extend my free dispute system to them, restart them if they have failed to stay on top of it, even two years later I have said to them....no problem....let's get you back on
track.....and NEVER do I charge someone anything to continue....they purchased the Educational System once.....that is all they will ever pay for.
