They are posing as a survey company. I notified the make of the check and they were appauled. The check was from Matrix Service Industrial Contractors in Tulsa, OK. I also attempted to call back Cardinal and no one seemed to understand English. They aslo stated, "don't worry just send us money, we will make the check good tomorrow. Do they think we are all idiots????

Cardinal Monitoring and Research Services sends you a check for $3962.00 and wants it back. They are posing as a survey company. I notified the make of the check and they were appauled. Some people may think that this is a great way to make money. When you call them for the first time they are very convincing but ultimately you will lose a lot of cash.
WARNING...IF SOMETHING IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE...IT USUALLY IS!!!!
