This is for all the people who have ever dealt with Cash Call. I too am being sued and I never took a loan out with these people. They say they have proof but I say the proof is in the pudding and I have a case of snak Paks! My bank has researched my last 2 years of statements and has found nothing from these people. No loan No payments nothing. They say they have proof but they won't let me see it. I say go to court show your proof then sue them..Harassment, fraud, defamation of character and my personal favorite false advertisement! That aught to wake them up..Whatever you do don't roll over cause that's when they get you. Fight back!!!

If there is a confirmed court hearing:

On the court date: DO NOT be a no-show under any circumstances whatsoever. Not showing up is the worst thing you can possibly do. If you don't, the other side will get a default judgement and they will get this on THEIR terms. They will tack on all sorts of add-on fees and the amount of the judgment could end up being two or three times the actual amount of the debt.

Cash call didn't just draw your name out of a hat and decide to hunt a random person for money.

No bank statements only means you didn't cash the check at your bank or try to pay them back via your bank.

Do you have a wife or kid or siblings or someone who could have taken this out under your name?

Seriously, I'm not making fun of you, Please, go and get these people! They screwed me around until I said NO MORE. I had actually paid these people off under a settlement agreement. But once I paid them off, they wanted to act like those payments didn't count! I told them to go ________themselves, because I wasn't paying them another dime. So....Good luck to you, Richard. I hope it works out for you.
