I have bought secarax a product from Botanical sources through CCNOW

I have paid by credit card US$95.00 on 29/08/2008
I have got an email saying that the product will be delivered with three weeks

I have asked for courier name and tracking number
In reply I got email to contact after three weeks
After three weeks I canted them

I got an email saying that product might have been lost and they shipped another product that afternoon

I keep getting same blanket emails in reply to my all emails
