Consumer's Reward Program Lottery winner Niagara Falls Ontario

I recieved a letter as well as a cashier's check in the mail from Consumer's Reward Program. The letter stated that I had won the Consumer's Reward Program Lottery that was held on September 25th, 2008. My name attached to ticket #975130 drew the lucky number of 3, 7, 9, 11, 23, 28, 31, and 39 which ultimatley WON the lottery in the second category.

It said I had been approved for the lump sum of $39,000 credited to an account with the above claim #. For security reasons, they advise that I keep this award from public notice until my claims have been finalized!!!! Doing this will help THEM prevent fraud and double claims.

In order for them to facilitate speedy and hassel free processing of my claim, they deducted $3,950.00 from my total prize to enable me to pay the applicable Tax.

They told me to contact one of my agents, Edward Jones or Nicole Jordan at 1-900-589-1823 as soon as I recieve this notification and they will assist me in finalizing my claim.

The top of the letter had:
Kingsway Financial
29 Flecher Dr Niagara FAlls, On H6N 4T1

The Bottom was a printed signature of the Vice President Sara Dose

The Cashier's Check was from the People's Bank in Connecticut.
It was for the amount of $3,900.00 and looked real...I did not even bother trying to cash it because I came here first and saw ALOT of other complaints on the FRAUD!!

Don't waste your time or money on this scam!!
