Creative Vacation Solutions False Claim West Palm Beach, Florida

Last September the caller from Creative Solutions convinced me they had a buyer for my timeshare in the Bahamas. In October after I called then they said they had sent a letter to the potential buyer with the details of the transaction. In November they called and told they had a buyer and they had arranged financing and the details would be available shortly. In November they called to tell me the buyer had agreed to terms.I December they called to tell me that a closing was scheduled for Jan 12th and that the buyer also wanted to buy the 2 weeks I had on deposit in the timeshare bank.

On the first contact that asked for and charged me $999. and when they called about the purchase of the extra 2 weeks they arranged to charge me an additional $599. However, when I called them in January they told me the buyer had changed their mind and they would relist my property for sale. This is a giant scam operation. The Florida authorities should close this place down and prosecute the criminals involved in this operation.
