Crooked sales practices. Numerous fair trade volations. Told me it was 229.00, then the bill came was for 299.00.  Refused a refund, even before they did anything. If your computer is broken, and you have lots of money, you can try them,. Otherwise be warned, this is a crooked company, it is planned and controlled and run that way.Refused to let me record a call though they were. Told me numous lies.
