Direct Shopping Network Liars and Thieves,Stealing money,and no products Internet

What else can I say about DSN? I was a customer for 5 years, and very pleased with the jewelry, it was as stated, then Lauren Blair left and the business took to questionable practices.
In July 2011, I purchased a red zircon ring, they immediately took the money out of my account. I was used to 5-6 weeks for delivery of jewelry. I purchased other items.  My purchases never were delivered. I started calling in Early October, spoke with Jessica or Jennifer, one or the other, she is the head of the ordering dept. She promised to take care of it, apologized and I thought OK.      End of October, no ring and nothing for the other items I had purchased. I called again, spoke with the boss again, again she promised to take care of it. November, now they won't answer the phone, on hold for 97 minutes, gave me time to clean my home.  Before Thanksgiving, more calls, when I got an answer every person gave the same narative. I placed at least 20 calls, the last one that I spoke to was a young man and he told me to turn it on ver to my credit card company. I have gathered up all of the info for the items I paid for and the amounts owed to me ...over $1100.00
Stay away from these people, I did learn that the people associated with DSN did the same scam prior to opening DSN, called USN,Ultimate Shopping Network.
I hope they get whats coming to them. How can anyone look into a camera and say"We are all family", not even my family! DSN you deserve everything that the law can charge you with.
