Duncan Alan Schaefer age 54 pretended to be a friend for over 16yrs. He professed his love for me and spoke of a life together. He had me believe he was doing well and had invested most of his money in Oil. He told me and others that he paid cash for 3 property's in NV.

In Oct 2008 he needed to borrow $1600.00 from me for only a week to 10 days . He was working and couldn't get to his bank in Minden NV to take care of a bill he had forgotten about.

He called every night at 8pm until I paid his bill, after that day he stopped calling,and won't take my calls. He has left his job as a truck driver and may have moved out of the condo he said he bought. I was told he is staying at his other home somewhere in Minden NV.

I have checked him out at the recorders office and civil courts finding that he has done this before to most everyone he encounters. I believe he is on the run, and would like to have any information I can get to retrieve my money.
