Be VERY aware of Effectur Inc. They ripped me off under the guise that they were going to file a Offer in Compromise on my behalf. They have these ads that they tyake out saying how they are comitted to customer satisfaction when in fact they have set up a system that will keep you in limbo until the statu of limitation runs out for you to file a claim with your bank and they asked me to pay them money prior to signing this one sided contract.

The IRS taxpayers advocate service will do the same thing for you FOR FREE without you having to pay thousands of dollars. Effectur or any other company CANNOT I repeat CANNOT get the IRS to lessen your amount due unless you would already qualify for a Offer in Compromise which Effectur used to drawe me in and then they quickly switched to setting me up a payment plan with the IRS. Now whhy would I or any other person pay Effectur to do something that the IRS does for free.

DONT get ripped off like they did me, no matter what they promise, they will not and cannot deliver anything that you cannot fo for yourself, this is a bogus claim in order to get you to sign their onesided contract. BEWARE BEWARE
