Einstein Industries, Inc. - Robert Silkey, Ted Ricasa , Einstein Medical, Einstein Dental, Einstein Law, a rip-off that charges ridiculous amount of money to be in their 'exclusive' directory and they do not even buy advertising on Google San Diego California

This company has been charging us a huge amount of money over the years. They used to give us free corrections but then they stopped after the corrections started taking over 2 months to complete and we complained. So they decided to charge for corrections and they still took 2 months. Now they want to charge us for adding photos to the smile gallery that they told us we need to convert visitors to our site into patients. So now they want to sell us software that will let let us put the photos ourselves for how many thousands of dollars? So they charge an arm and a leg to build the site, tell us we need to buy more to make it work, charge us another arm and leg to be in their doctor finder map and then they don't buy advertising on Google. They told us the reason that they charge so much is they they are the BIGGEST advertiser on Google and this is a co-op advertising strategy that enables them to stay on top. HA! Where these ads Mr Silkey? Then when I try to find more information on this company it turns out they are being sued by ex-employees AND the CA Department of Labor. Just google this "Einstein Industries". To make matters worse, we want our website back and have asked for it for 4 months now and nobody returns my calls or emails and when I confronted them about all this after finally getting through to somebody they said I have to talk to my sales rep. What!?!? The very person who got me into this who does not know anything except to say what his boss tells him is going to help me get my website to a new hosting company? That is the ultimate fox guarding the hen house. We just want our website (that we have paid for 5 times over now) and be done with them but they seem to think that we owe them more money for incomplete work and unfulfilled promises and they want us to talk to the CEO who wants to make things 'right' before we are given our site that we own. Just the mention of their name makes me want to rip my fingernails out of my own hand! These people are dirty. Shame on them!
