In July 2007 I paid my account balance in full and the check has cleared the bank. Thre have since turned my account over to Mudland Funding for non payment and have sent me a order to appear in court. No one is able to help me and the atty's for Midland do not have any record of my pmt ever being made. Where do i go from here??? anyone????We are talkig 1500 credit card pmt.
