i HAD FOUR LOANS WITH GMAC WHICH WERE TRANSFERRED FROM FEW ENTITIES. FINALLY I WAS SUED FOR FORECLOSURE AND FTER FILING OF ACTION THE MORTGAGE WAS TRANFERED TO THE PLAINTIFF.

THE PARTNER FROM THE LAW FIRM SIGNED AS VICE PRESIDENT TRANFERING THE MORTGAGE TO THE PLAINTIFF. I BELIEVE IT WAS A FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE . THE NOTARY PUBLIC FROM NEW JERSEY NOTARIZED IT ON BEHALF OF OUT OF STATE. I HAVE THREE SUMMONS .

I HAVE READ 10 LAW BOOKS AND HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CONTEST BUT NEED LITIGATION ATTORNEY OR A LEGAL COACH. ANY IDEAS. PLEASE LET US KNOW. THE OTHER NAMES WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE ELABORATE SCHEME ARE WELLS FARGO BANK, IMH ASSET CORP, MASTER FINANCIALS INC ETC. I
