I sent them a beautiful gold chain that is probably worth $500 or more. When I refused the $16.67 they offered, they were supposed to return the item, but they never did. Now they're offering me $132.32. I'd love to bring a class-action lawsuit against them for false/misleading advertising, breach of contract and conversion of property.

I will be filing a small claims court action in Rhode Island this week. I also will file a motion to certify it as a class action in R.I. Superior Court under the R.I.
