HOLLYWOOD PROFILES FRAUDULENT, UNETHICAL, ACTIVITIES WEST HOLLYWOOD California

I, unfortunetely, have also been a victim of Hollywood Profiles. I have read numerous reports and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of California. They gave them a grade of F and more than 200 complaints have neen filed. Almost all of the same type of complaints.

All of the info I have been reading now makes me think that they are doing this intentionally. I called the 14th day of my free trial and they told me the same thing. That I could not speak to anyone but a voicemail and that someone would get back with me. Well, obviously no one did. I called back a week later and the same uninformed rude customer service reps answered this time I was able to speak to a supervisor. I wish I hadn't. The supervisor ( I wish I could give her name, but I have a conscience) was extremely rude and consistantly cut me off before I could finish and then pretty much would not let me finish and hung up on me after she told me it wasn't thier fault and too bad.

After, I re-checked my phone and bank records just to make sure I was right ...and I was. I called back again and spoke to another rep who actually was not bad. He was nice...at first. After he told me he was going to tell the SAME supervisor about the fact that it was the 14th day that I called to cancel and get a refund, and that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB.

He came back to the phone and COMPLETELY CHANGED HIS DEMEANOR with me. He was rude and told me that his supervisor said that I was wrong eventhough I had all the info in front of me and then tried telling me that I called on day 15...I did not and they basically brushed me off. I told them I wanted nothing to do with this and wanted my money back over and over again. He pretty much almost hung up on me as well.

THIS IS FRAUDULENT AND UNETHICAL. THEY ARE NOT EVEN APART OF THE BBB. They have numerous complaints all with the same issues. Something needs to be done about this. Someone needs to take initiative and stop this activity. They are basically changing contracts and and re-wording phrases to fit what they need per case. If anyone has had they same issues...SPEAK UP!
