Homecenter.com RIPOFF / ALLEDGED FRAUD New York

Allegedly, he/I Got the RMA - Returned the sink per instructions = Black hole. No reimbursement - not even a song and dance. Do not bother trying to contacting Christine Henery or anyone else at HC.com. Instead - Contact NY State Consumer Fraud Bureau or the FEDS at Internet Crime Complaint www.ic3gov/default.aspx.

Allegedly - Ordered a high-end, built to order Franke Kindred sink for a commercial application. Three months later I got a sink which was not at all what I ordered. It did, however, exactly match the picture and description of a sink I saw in Franke Kindred's "bargain basement" some six months earlier. The manufacturing date stamped on bottom of the sink I received indicated it was a year or more old. I am more inclined to believe that this was "creativity" on homecenter's part than F/K trying to dump junk on me.

Allegedly - At best - Homecenter is a vending machine. If your order goes off without a hitch - you might save a buck. If it doesn't - YOU ARE SCREWED! Please do not reward this company with your patronage.

It's easy to lie, cheat and steal when you are hiding behind a computer screen a long ways away.

PS: Bring it on HC - You stepped on the wrong toe! ALL the other "wrong toes", and there are MANY - Let's "pool up" and present our claims to a private attorney or the above mentioned law enforcement agency's.
