I kept hearing on the radio & tv how instant tax service would advance up to
1000.00, so I went to Bissonett off with my last check
Tdl,ss cards, I could only get 50.00 this after she did my taxes,the lady told me they were
was gving 300.00 but they didn't expect such a large response and ask how fast did
want by refund I told so as possible for personal reasons, she stated,
I could have by 18th of Jan. as I was leaving the tax offices she ask that I wait
about 20 minutes to cash the 50.00 check, I ask why?
She stated it take that amount
for it to process, so I did went to Wal Mart, HEB,PSL none would
cash the 50.00 check acourse the tax office was close,
I called and went to office after Wal Mart money center
wouldn't cash it, this was Saturday so I had to go Monday to go
to tax office,they act surprise and call tax tree and assure
Me that it would clear, I had decide to not have my taxes
done by them, if I had a problem cashing 50.00 check then what
Other problems would I have!
She stated I alreay select them and
My taxes was already was sent to IRS,Then I knew I was going
Problems with this company,so a day before the 18th, I was ask to come
In & sign papers, acourse on the 18th that I was denied the RAL
I ask why, she stated my refund wasn't large enough,5000.00
refund, so I said then fees will be less,which total 500.00
she went on with a lot of bs, I told her never use this company again,
so I told I have my refund deposit to my account 25th of Jan, I called
24th to verify my deposit of my refund and now I been told I get

I went into this office to get an estimation and the preparer Corey Reed put in my last check stub, he lept telling me to apply for the loan, I said no, then he said you could get a 1,000.00 interest fee and it would come out of you taxes, you have nothing to loose, so I agreed but when it came back it only approve for 50.00 so I declined and he told me I had to take or loose all my refund, but I didn't take the check and didn't sign anything and told him I was going to call the IRS because what he was trying to do was extortion. he said we can do that and there is nothing you can do about it. we are going to file your taxes, we don't need your w-2, we automatically upload them anyway. So when I pushed that button that was all the permission I needed. Then he just left like I was nothing. so I called them and asked when my tax refund would be back, they told me it will be back on the 25th, I contacted them on the 25, they said it would be back on the 28th, I called today which is the 28th and now they say call the IRS to get the date it will be back. So can you post if you got your check today? This place is scum and I hope the IRS shuts it down.

Listen,,,I do my job and to the majority,including myself I do it well. I take each individual tax return at a time as each situation is different....I remember this client,,,and I remember clearly explaining our policies and procedures...so much that I felt like I was trying to talk them out of proceeding. I remember saying ,,,"no the commercial says Up to 1000, so do not proceed based off the notion that Ull get 1000$',,but yet proceed with the fact that ur happy about u Tax Return"',, can someone riddle me this?? How do people come to a Tax business expecting not to get their Taxes done..???....to be continued

Yes! I finally did cash the 50.00 check at a local conviece Store where they knew me, but Money Center,HEB, PSL refuse To cash it Bank of Americ a was close

you didn't try to talk me out of anything, you only care about yourself. When you found out I was getting close to 9,000 back for my 4 kids. that's when your tone changed. I didn't even have my baby social security number so how were you able to file for my newborn daughter without her SS# and almost 600.00 to prepare a return? Are you serious? You don't charge everybody the same, yet you prepare everybody taxes the same. then all you gave me was a 50.00 check. You are a scammer.

Ay Listen there is no reason for me to lie at this point im not defending or speaking for the company and its policies..I wont let u speak bad of my character when u dont know nothing about me except i do my job well!!!! My pay does'nt change if u get 9000.00 or 400.00$ for a refund or if u dont come in at all...Im very sorry that u made a very hasty decision without getting understanding.....ima leave with this...."in all of your getting,,,Get Understanding".....and how about "Judge not less u be Judged"
I'm Acquitted!!!!! DOUBLE MEANING....~I'm going to stop~ and "I'm not Guilty"
