Instant Tax Service Victim of a deceptive service! Houston, Texas

I regret going to instant tax service, I been lied to Over & over, I get 50 instead of 1000.00 advertise Advance,then I told I get my refund 18th,19th, then 25th, I so was frustrated,no refund on the 25th! I told By Ashley that it got submit on the 19th so I get it on Feb 1, so ask for the bank that handle the refund, she Said it was a private, I found out its Tax Tree Bank, I called They say it would be Feb.3 then I contact IRS and they say no later than Feb. 7th, So I praying I get it by Feb 7th, This company has cause me so much stress, I"ll call tax tree To release my money as soon as they get it, which I feel will Be Feb 1 they probably going to hold it to 3rd to the 7th A suggestion got from IRS rep. If anyone get their refund Please let us know
