Ivory White 1 day late cancelling "trial offer" and this company charged me $78.41 Boulder Colorado

I signed up for a free TRAIL. I think it cost me $5.00. My husband is currently deployed and not only is cash tight, but things are VERY hectic and chaotic here on the homefront. I was 1 day late cancelling this and the company is UNWILLING to work with you at all. They all read from a script "Im sorry you feel that way" I heard that 3 times from 3 different customer service reps. 1 was supposedly the Customer Service Supervisor. I then asked to speak with someone above her and she told me "noone higher will be taking this call, you can contact him by letter" Apparently if "Heather the CS Supervisor needs to call out of work, she needs to write a letter to her manager. She was not only RUDE, but very uncooperative. She then tells me that upper management doesnt have a phone number. Over all, they screw you!! DO NOT get tangled up with this company, you WILL be sorry!!!
