I also was SCAMMED by this company.The kit was FREE,but $4.99 for shipping.One month later the SCAMMER charged my Credit Card $88.97 for the FREE sample. Fortunately I had not opened the package yet .I contacted my credit card company changed my account number and the fraud deptmartment took the charge off my account.I also contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce in Glendale, California.I checked online and see that what you get in the FREE sample is a travel size toothpaste and floss,one syringe of bleach and 2 trays.Probably with shipping $2.00 worth of product. These SCAMMERS also tried to get into my pal pal account and Pay Pal contacted me and locked my account.Go to your bank or credit card company and dispute the charges immediately.The banks and financial institutions,hate thes SCMMERS too.Disgusted in Michigan!!! And any financial institution you talk to will tell you that you should try and resolve this thought the company first.
the fact of the matter is we are not crooks and do not steal. The terms are laid out clearly...go to advancedbright.com and see for your self.
I am sorry that you have had SUCH a horrible experience.
First thing, I can assure you that the terms are on the site and your order will not go through unless you agree to the stated terms.
None the less we are not in the business of leaving our customers with a bad taste in their mouths. Dealing with the bank can only take you so far and can be a lengthy process.
