Joseph Proctor, Mr.Benjamin, Associated Tax Relief Said to have resolved - DID Nothing, Liars, Thieves, Racketteers, Criminals Los Angeles California

After hiring Associated Tax Relief in March/2007, several months past and we did not get anything done but got more garnishments so we terminated in July/2007, and filed a BBB. They refused to produce any correspondence. Associated Tax Relief pleaded by Mr. Benjamin for extension to try harder to resolve, so we retracted BBB complaint, in October/2007, they still had not done anything so we terminated and asked for money back they refused and the BBB in California says we cannot place another complaint. So we filed with Missouri Attorney General in November/2007, AGO failed to assist using incompetent Jennifer Zagorac,Investigative Attorney?????- still awaiting why Jennifer did nothing, did not call us or refused our input. Regardless found that Associated Tax Relief stated to the AGO, "they resolved Liens" and "ended garnishments".
These are pure lies!

My credit report still shows Liens and after paying $13,000 in garnishments by July/2007 the garnishment had ended anyway. They did nothing! We are asking the full $3900.00 be returned asap. We are also suing in Small claims Court authorized by the Determination Letter by the AGO.
