Loanpointusa.com Aka Geneva Roth Capital This company, without my permission added and took money from my account. Salt Lake City Utah

I never agreed for loanpointusa.com to deposit or withdraw funds from my bank account. The website may look professional, but it is all but that. I tried contacting the costumer service to obtain any record of a contract and I never received one. The funny thing is that the website states that you can not receive a pay day loan unless you sign a document they fax to you. I don't have a fax machine therefore I did not sign and authorize this company to deposit or withdraw money from my bank account. I had to close my bank account and contact my banks and tell them that all funds debited from Grc Funding are UNAUTHORIZED. To top it off, I contacted the Better Business Bureau for Utah and filed a complaint. Loanpointusa.com had deposited money into my account and taken payments out to make up for it. I stated this in my complaint file. So if anyone is reading this and is experiencing the same thing, contact the better business bureau of Utah and file a complaint against Genava Roth Capital (loanpointusa.com) 1338 South Foothill Dr #325 Salt Lake City, Utah, 84108.
