LTD Commodities took my payment twice and would not reverse one of them Bannockburn Illinois

Purchased $107.83 worth of merchandise and LTD charged my account with $215.66 (twice the amount) and would not reverse the charge made in error.
So instead of only paying $107.83 for merchandise, I paid double. I was hung up on, told they could not help me and now they have $107.83 of my money.

Kathleen,

I would like to sincerely apologize for the negative experience you encountered with your bank statement and the lack of response from our call center. I have located your account, and I do not see where we debited these charges more than once. However, I would like to work with you to get this corrected to your satisfaction. Therefore, I am going to need a little more information from you. Please email me at helpline@ltdcommodities.com with your contact information. I will then let you know how to securely send me bank information, so that in the event we did charge you twice for the same item, we can issue an immediate refund.
