Our story isn't much different from anyone else. Food demonstration, high pressure (and misleading) sales pitch. Delivery of substandard "professional" freezer then additional pitch for vastly overpriced grill.
However, after dozens of calls (daily at one point), Tony agreed to pay off the grill balance to Jayco. First it was one month until his accounts were in order.. then two months... then three... then he stopped accepting our calls.
As far as I'm concerned Jayco is just as complicit in the deception. As LTT "dissolved" their relationship with Jayco, we were offered the chance to switch to another predatory lender. No dice.
We have paid many times the value of the freezer and grill and are at our wit's end in the interest of protecting our credit rating. WE WANT THESE CHARLATANS PROSECUTED!
The spent money is gone, we just want the contracts dissolved. Looking to join other infuriated customers in a class action suit.
