Sealy is not a mattress I recommend first of all and mattress giant doesn't make those. They sell them. You tried a mattress in a store and wether you do a warranty exchange (which could cost $400 in freight charges and take 3 months going throught the manufacturer) or a satisfaction exchange, you upgraded (which is why you paid more) to a different mattress because you wanted firmer and better quality(you said you were sleeping on the floor because it felt good on your back) to a mattress that feels like a brick (could not have felt as hard the floor and if you told me you where sleeping on the floor because it felt good I would try to find you the firmest one too.) What should mattress giant do? Fix your back? Make you dinner? Would another company have done anything different? You decide to spend more money, you picked the mattress and your back still hurts. Buy Simmons, buy kingsdown, buy tempur pedic. I bet you won't have a complaint about your back hurting due to your mattress, it falling apart, etc. It does not matter if you pay $1,000,000 for a sealy or a serta it is not going to be a great mattress. No matter where you buy it. Mattress Giant doesn't sell Serta anymore because of all the negative feedback from the customer which I think is a proactive step. You have to sell Sealy because if you don't people think your a garbage store because they are sold where beds are sold.
