Merchandise Direct - Green Bags Bait and Switch with NO WAY to get your money back!! Wallingford Connecticut

I ordered the green bags- bad idea. I never got a reciept, confirmation, or anything. When I placed the order it was very deceptive and the order process ended abruptly with a message that an email confirmation will be sent. Yeah, sure. No confirmation, about 8 weeks later I get a puffy envelope with a mass of bags, no reciept, invoice or paperwork or any kind. . . .and my credit card was billed $101.96 for a product I ordered that was $20 +s&h.
I was completely floored! No I have NO way to contact this company, NOTHING. SO I call my bank. Who after a 2 month investigation said "sorry we can't help you becasue you don't have a receipt or invoice. . . you need to contact the comapny". Notice a theme here? Contact who? Some drop ship company not listed in the phone directory (believe me I tried every reverse lookup I could from the return address on the envelope I recieved.)
So here I am stuck with bags I don't want, a massive bill I think is obsurd, a bank who said "sorry" and I am screwed out of $101.96!
So to anyone reading this DO NOT do business with this company! I am absolutely amazed that they can get away with this kind of action! I want everyone to know this company is shady, very shady, and I don't want to see anyone else get screwed over like I did.

You only have to call your credit card co. and dispute the transaction.
That's it. Very simple.
The burden of proof is on the retailer to prove you authorized the charge.
That is how it works.
Your story makes no sense.

WOULD YOU ORDER SOMETHING YOU DONT WANT "So here I am stuck with bags I don't want" THAT MAKES NO SENSE & WHY WOULD YOU GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO TO A COMPANY THAT HAS NO CONTACT INFO & YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT?
