I send my payments through regular mail and Merrick Bank says they did not receive it.This time it has been 11days and they still keep saying they don't have the payment.

The time before they said they didn't receive the payment I sent a second payment through Western Union because if I didn't they would charge me a late fee. Later that same day they posted my regular payment.

Merrick Bank charging late fees for on time payments

Merrick Bank has now charge me a late fee. The payment was post marked Sept.30 it is now 12 days they still say they have not receive it. I say its in there mail room in a corner with others so they can rip people off charging them late fees when its there in plenty of time.
