Hey friends,
Here is the answer that I received from Bulls****er Mike Hall and Jim Brault at the General Electric Benefits Center, regarding the forgeries of Medical releases.
Quoting Bullsh***er Mike Hall,
"The release dated December 5, 2006 and the undated release also appear to have been a part of your fiie. These releases first appear in your file on or about October 3, 2006. Around that time, your Case Manager had requested medical information as part of the initial documentation of your claim. One of your providers, ((redacted)), M.D., required a specific release to be signed. It appears that the release was faxed on September 16, 2006 presumably from Dr. ((redacted)) office to an undetermined party. The release was faxed again on September 29,2006 presumably from this undetermined party to our medical records vendor, ProSource. ProSource then faxed the release to your Case Manager on October 3, 2006. On October 4, 2006 your Case Manager sent the release to you for signature."

If this is the response that was received regarding confidential HIPAA protected medical information. I would contact the aurhorities regarding Mike Hall and Jim Brault

Still no answer from MetLife or GE regarding this issue. Bad times ahead for consumers. If this is the way that MetLife and GE do business, it's best to stay far away from both
