Mobile Imaging Systems LP is the second scam operations started by Mobile Medical Imaging, Inc, the General Partner (Jay A Kahane, President – John A Nichols, Secretary & Allan A Shippel, Treasurer and Director). The first one was called Rapid Scan Imaging, LP. and was terminated on January 22, 2008.
Mobile Imaging Systems LP was registered on February 1, 2007 and started eleven months before the dissolution of the first LP. This second LP had exactly the same business plan than the first one mentioned above (RapidSan Imaging) and in direct competition with the first one and, can you believe it, started by the same General Partner.
The scam is simple. Your subscription check mailed to Carson City is cashed in Florida in by an unknown entity (none of the companies listed above have legal existence in Florida).
Complaints with the FBI, the SEC, the Nevada Secretary of State, the Nevada Attorney General have been filed. If you want to join the chase let me know. I have all the necessary addresses available.

The report I filed for "Mobile Imaging Systems, LP" should be linked to the one filed by another party regarding "Rapid Scan Imaging, LP". Both these companies were started by the same General Partner: Mobile Medical Imaging, Inc (Jay A Kahane, President – John A Nichols, Secretary & Allan A Shippel, Treasurer and Director) and have/had the sole purpose of defrauding investors. Sorry I had to file in this nature since I dont know how to respond to you AJL.
I got scammed by Jay and Jarid, Fiserve and Entrust - they are excellent at stringging you along. I had almost 50k with this company, my life savings and money to help with my terminal illness. I am so frustrated at these guys. I would love to see they go to jail and better still all of us repaid.
