This company has reports of the same thing that happened to us , as it did to them. I don,t know why Amazon.com still deals with these people. We live in Chicago, Ill and they sent us a wrong region code, What ever that means? It wont play in our machine, because it not the correct region. This site show it has happened the others as well. It cost more with the S/h back and forth that the whole things worth. Were just looking to get the correct region, so it will play in our machine. on the other hand, if this has happened to many other people, and someone is going to start a Class Action law Suite against them, then count me in.

Its clearly noted on each DVD what region the DVD is from before you order it. Its not their fault you didn't pay attention and ordered a european DVD for the US. Also, you can own a european region DVD player in the US so this company has no way of knowing if you did do it right. What do you plan on starting a class action lawsuit against them for? Selling you a DVD that you asked for?
In the future, especially when purchasing a DVD from a reseller like this, make sure that the DVD format is REGION 1 so that it will work in your dvd player.
