National Imaging Systems "Try us for free" All we ask is grade the performance of our cartridge Van Nuys California

I was contacted by telephone asking that we give this company's toner cartridge a try. All they asked was an evaluation of the performance of the product and how the toner lasted. I inquired as to the price, "this is a trial offer, and the price of the toner is free" in return for the information you supply us with. I was asked how many reports do we generate on any given day, was it more than 500 or less. I replied that we probably report out at least 500 sheets per day and some days are more. The reply was that was what they were looking for, large reports to accuately document the perfomanace of their toner.

We use a HP 2430N and I purchase them for ~$108 each. When I recieved the "bill" for this cartridge I was stunned! It was for $249.99 , more thna twice what I can purchase them for, form the manufacterer. I called the company and recieved voice mail. I finally resorted to faxing them my complaint. A 'representivie' for the company called but would not leave any information. I have tried to call them repeatedly.
Why would I aggreee to pay over 2 times what I can get one for now! This company must be stopped, and some resolution found. We have been disputing this invoice since February 2009
