NATIONAL MAGAZINE EXCHANGE 2nd time i delt with this co. promise a certain amount of mag. for 1 price then add on more and charge more. i have never received any mags just bills, tried to cancel order same day but they said the clearwater, Florida

this is the second time i have delt with this co. the first time they would only bill me and i never received any magazines. first they say you will get 5 at one price then they say just for getting those they would include 7 more for free but yet the price changed and were charging me for all of them, even the free ones. so i told them to cancel my order that day and they said they could not. but would lower the price. and i told them to cancel it anyway. they said no. so i havent received any mags but bills saying they would send me to collections if i didnt pay within 5 days. we are supposed to get to review the ones we ordered for 30 days . and if we wanted to change any of them we could. but ive yet received any to review. this is a scam. please help! they will not work with me they say im stuck with it.

These people ripped you off once, and now you're allowing them to rip you off AGAIN ??? Just how stupid are you ?? Never mind. Just by reading that bizarre mess of a report you submitted, I can tell exactly how stupid you are.

If they won't cancel your order then it is a scam. That shouldn't be an issue. What you can do is just ignore them, but you have to be careful. Watch your credit report for any signs that this company or a collection company has impacted it with a report, so that you can contest that right away. I doubt that'll happen with this company though, but you can never be too careful when dealing with scam-artists.
