I am looking for people who have been damaged by The Dump, I have spoken with several attorneys interested in filing a class action but they would like to know how many people would be willing to participate. I currently have a small claims suit against the Dump and am told it is not too late to convert it to a class action - so if you purchased anything from the dump and were not given a written warranty, have been dealing with customer service and been denied the opportunity to discuss the defect with the manufacturer and want to pursue this matter email me and I will forward all responses to law firms to see if we can get an action started. email to (((REDACTED))).

Yes I have spoken with several attorneys and do intend to pursue this matter as far as I can. Please see Texas Attorney General vs. Conns and the class action case in Illinois against Serta Tringali and Krause v. Serta International Class Action Complaint United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois to name a few that were similar in nature. I believe that who ever replied Bull and does not believe that I contacted an attorney must work for the Dump look at the facts of all of the people on public response websites that are being harmed by deceptive trade practices of the dump.
