Upper Fox Securities Inc. trying to get me to cash check and send money to tax agent Portland Maine

I recieved a fraud check for 4,980.00 telling me i won 125,000 and to call with verification to get ok to cash check and mail the taxes to tax agent for 3,580 so i can recieve the rest . i read where it is fraud and two other people got same said check from martin kevin which is proable fake and i tryed to call bank but no answer they were busy said call back later whick i will to report to the bank . did not get me so do not let them get you but do report anyone know how to get them for these ripoffs please let me know thanks steve in san diego sig. on check is from someone different name see ya steamer in el cajon cal.
