Urban Nutrition, LLC - Bellaplex COMPANY STICKS LIKE GLUE Brigdgeport, , Connecticut

I ordered Bellaplex from Urban Nutrition (Urban Health Source) and had it shipped to my home in Massachusetts. I liked the product and since I was going to be spending a lot of time at a relative's house in California this winter, I placed another order for Bellaplex and had it shipped to California two months ago.

Upon arriving in California on Jan.30,2010, a letter from Urban Nutrition, dated Jan.21 was waiting for me. The letter said "Due to a computer error the original invoice included dates that were in 1970. We do apologize for any inconvenience..Your new bill dates are as follows:
The order Total is $166.85....You have been charged $86.90 as of the time of this shipment. On 02/05/2010 you will be charged $79.95"
I checked my charges from last month and saw that I had been undercharged.
Their explanation about a computer error doesn't make any sense, however.

On February 2, another, COMPLETELY UNORDERED, package of Bellaplex appeared in the California mail. I am willing to return the items, but won't be responsible for postage.

After reading other reports regarding the company, I now have a sinking feeling that this company is promoting a scam by falsely claiming that each customer has signed up for automatic shipments on a periodic basis.
I hope I don't have to file dispputed charge claim with my credit card company. It's such a nusiance.
My advice to anyone reading this is to NEVER ORDER FROM EITHER OF THESE TWO
