As far as this report is concerned, Timeshares Only has done everything possible to assist you in achieving a positive result. Our detailed records show contact on the following dates either initiated by you or by our customer care department, 09/24/04, 10/27/04, 12/03/04, 01/18/05, 04/28/05, 06/15/05, 07/08/05, 07/20/05, 11/17/05, 04/26/06, 10/25/06, 12/08/06, 12/22/06, 01/03/07, 03/06/07, 04/03/07, 07/03/07, 8/20/08 and 12/05/08.
In January, 2007 we received an offer via internet on your ad. This offer was not forwarded directly to you because you had recently changed your email address without informing us. This prompted a call from Customer Care for your new email address to forward you this inquiry. We never received a return call subsequently you did not receive the email inquiry. In March, 2007 we received another inquiry on your property but we did not receive your new email address even though we attempted again to collect it. Yet again, in April, 2007 we received another email inquiry on your property but we had no valid email address to forward it to. We discovered this report on 12/5/08 and left you a voice message to discuss this matter further. As of 12/9/08 you have still not returned our phone calls.
As stated above, Timeshares Only provides extensive advertising to assist you in finding a buyer for your property. We utilize Television, Radio, Billboards, Print and Internet. Despite this extensive exposure we cannot assist you unless you are a pro-active seller. Staying in contact with us and returning our calls is an essential part of achieving a successful sale. We wish Mr. Merritt well in the sale of his timeshare and would like to speak with him directly regarding this matter.
