Www.eqwestllc.com, Eqwest, Eqwest LLC BEWARE!!! WARNING!!! Absolutely DO NOT work with these CROOKS (EQWEST)!!! Vancouver Washington

I have rented from EQWEST L.L.C. for over 10 years now and at 2 different properties that they manage. They have ALWAYS been extremely HONEST & FAIR. I do know that they have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for troublemakers and/or people who percieve themselves as 'victums' who are always trying to 'milk the system'. I don't know what happened with this ONE person's experience but I hate to see people be so willing to believe ONE Craig's Listers complaint about a company and believe it so that it can hurt that company unfairly.

I DID google it, as this one 'bad-mouthing' listing suggested and I only found 3 references from just 2 separate persons (look closely) and I'm sorry but that does NOT a BAD COMPANY MAKE.

I am giving people more credit than that. Most of them DO thier homework and have access to check these things out for themselves, as I have. I have been checking rental ads from many online sites for about a year on and off now and this is the the 1ST complaint I have ever even heard about this company so it certainly can't be 'across the board'. There is always going to be someone who has a problem with some company because they got in trouble in some way, mis-understood a rule or something, or especially, as I said before, if they themselves didn't follow the rules, but that doesn't mean the company itself is dishonest or cheating people. This is where the saying, "PERCEPTIONS ARE REALITY" really works.

I guess it's all a matter of opinion. After all, someone out there doesn't like YOU either- it's true about all of us isn't it. For a company to be labeled as BAD I would expect to find a LOT more evidence than one or two peoples personal opinions about it in a years time.

In this renters opinion, I feel much safer in a community run by a management company that is VIGILANT about keeping out the trouble-makers and such while keeping the property itself in a very clean and well-kept manner at all times. I APPRECIATE the fact that my neighbor who keeps illegally parking in my space WILL GET TOWED. And yeah, the manager he called about the tow may have gotten a little rude at that point but who wouldn't when you've been warned twice already.

That's been MY experience with EQWEST and I could get at least 20 people right now in just my little complex alone who would agree with me whole heartedly. So far, by my count, that's at least 20 to 2.

It is ALWAYS a good idea to check out any management company before you decide to rent from them. Eqwest L.L.C. is no exception and I'm sure it's NOT hurting for renters. Certainly not from my experience.
